Holiday CD!! - October 21, 2006

We have started work on a long requested Holiday CD. This has been great fun! Many thanks to Harris Creek Studios for the use of space and to Clayton Gibb for is constant technical support. We are working fast and do not know if we will finish the full CD this season but will at least get some downloads out and available.

Dr. Ysaye Barnwell, one of the members of this amazing a cappella ensemble has agreed to coach / teach BWG - and we are hugely happy about this! New Recordings - August 20, 2006

Big Wide Grin has been included in several recent compilation CD's including: "PeaceDriven.com", "Peace Songs for a Better World" and "Tidewater Arts Outreach." We had a blast recording back-up vocals on Cary Cooper's new CD "Yellow". We are beginning work on a holiday CD and still writing songs for the new Big Wide Grin CD. We will keep you posted.

Kerrville! - May 30, 2006

We are back from a 2nd annual journey to the Kerrville Folk Festival. Once again we played with some of our favorite singer songwriters and were introduced to amazing artists who were new to our world. We were honored to perform a Julie Clark song at the beautiful wedding celebration of our very talented friends Tom Prasada Rao and Cary Cooper. We played an Eric Schwartz song with this gifted writer / performer. We thoroughly enjoyed this 24-7 music adventure and look forward to returning again and again.

3 - songs - February 3, 2006

We had the good fortune of recording a 3 song demo under the direction of Keb' Mo' He is amazing. The man can hear paint dry! It was a phenomonal experience. We learned so much and have so many new techniques to practice! Wish us well as we try to find financial backing for the new CD.
